HOW TO CHANGE USER PORTAL ACCOUNT PASSWORD
From Firefox browser, sign-in to the User Portal (https://121.58.254.34:4442) using the following credentials:
Username : your existing username (e.g. bot_juandelacruz)
Password (default) : D3f@ult123
Navigate to Home > Personal > Change password.
Enter the default password (D3f@ult123), and type your new password. Click Save.
To exit, click Logout.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL SOPHOS CONNECT CLIENT ON YOUR DEVICE
From Firefox browser, sign-in to the User Portal (https://121.58.254.34:4443) using your credentials:
Username : your existing username (e.g. bot_juandelacruz)
Password : Newly created password
To those users without Sophos Connect client installed on your computer, click one of the following options. However, if you have already installed the Sophos Connect client, go to Step 3.
• Download for Windows
• Download for MacOS
IMPORTANT NOTES:
o Wait for the Sophos Connect client to be downloaded successfully and then install.
After the Sophos Connect client has been successfully installed, under VPN configuration, click one of the following options:
• Download for Windows, macOS, Linux
• Download for Android and iOS
To exit, click Logout.
Click the Sophos Connect client in the system tray of your device.
Click Import connection, and select the configuration file you downloaded.
Sign in using your VPN Portal credentials.
If you want to save your username and password, check the Save username and password, and click Sign In.
The SSL VPN connection should be established
