Proactive Maintenance Checklist:
- Screenshot of Task Manager Processes before and after restart of Desktop/Laptop to check CPU, Memory, Disk Utilization
- Run CMD (Command Prompt) query tracert and ping either of below following
- for TM - tracert 10.10.0.12
- for Patent - tracert 10.10.0.15
- Check the area network connectivity. It should be connected only in one network only (Wireless or Wired)
- Restart of Unit
- Disk Clean-up
- Clear Cache
- Reset browser
